How far in advance do I need to place my catering order?
Please place your catering order by 1pm the day before you need it.
Is catering available on weekends?
Absolutely! We offer catering on weekends. For Sunday events, we simply ask that your catering order is collected or delivered by Saturday afternoon. Your food will be freshly prepared, ready for you to reheat and serve at your event on Sunday.
Help! I’ve left my catering order to the last minute. What can I do?
We know things don't always go to plan! That's why we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute catering orders across Melbourne's West. If you've left things a little late, don't stress! Give our friendly team a call as soon as possible, and we'll see what we can do to help.
Do you provide delivery?
Delivery availability and any associated setup arrangements will be clearly outlined in your tailored quote based on your location and event timing.
Can I pickup if I don't want delivery?
Absolutely! You're more than welcome to pick up your catering order directly from Nana's Place. Simply select pickup when placing your order, and we'll have everything freshly prepared and ready for collection at your agreed time.
What are your payment terms? Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your catering order, with the remaining 50% balance due one day before your scheduled pickup or delivery. This allows us to prepare everything fresh and ensure your order is ready on time.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Yes, a 50% cancellation fee applies to all confirmed catering orders. As we begin planning and preparing for your order in advance, your initial 50% deposit is non-refundable if you need to cancel.
